The Recalibration Retreat
The Spring 2026 Recalibration Retreat is centered on Renewal.
Over 3 days and 3 nights, you’ll step out of the environment that keeps your stress high and into a setting that allows you to think clearly and finally act on what you already know needs to change.
You’ll experience:
✓ A private room nestled deep in the forest at a serene resort
✓ Chef-created meals with locally sourced ingredients
✓ Intimate, living-room-style coaching sessions
✓ A guided forest bathing experience that helps your nervous system settle
✓ Spacious time for rest, reflection, and recalibration
Located one hour from Nashville Airport.
This is not a spa weekend or therapy. It’s a deliberate interruption designed to help you stop circling the same decision and start moving forward.
Designed for women exhausted from stress
This retreat is for you if you already know change is needed, but find it hard to take the next step.
This retreat is specifically for women who are:
→ “Fine” on the outside but depleted on the inside
→ Overanalyzing decisions until they feel impossible
→ Craving real change, not just more strategies
→ Consuming self-help but struggling to implement
→ Seeking a supportive group to experience this transformation with
You already have insight and self-awareness. What’s missing is the internal regulation needed to act on it.
Why stress blocks change
When you step out of your normal environment, something shifts. You can think differently. You can see options you couldn’t see before. And you can finally make a decision instead of circling it.
This retreat creates that shift intentionally:
🌿Nature-based practices that lower stress and restore perspective
🌿Grounded psychological frameworks to understand your patterns
🌿Somatic practices to soothe your nervous system
🌿Spaciousness for rest, reflection, and recalibration
🌿Real conversations with women navigating similar moments
🌿A sustainable rhythm you can carry home with you
Together, these create the conditions for decisive action and meaningful change.

Meet your guide
Hi, I’m Stephanie.
I’ve spent over a decade guiding women who are intelligent, capable, and deeply self-aware, yet stuck in stress and overthinking.
I knew this experience personally.
After losing my mom to early-onset Alzheimer’s, I knew my life needed to change. I knew change was necessary, but stress kept me stuck. Even the clearest decisions felt impossible.
In nature, something finally shifted. Now, not only could I clearly see what needed to change, my body started to feel capable of actually taking the necessary action. But, I had to step out of the stress pattern that had been keeping me stuck.
That realization reshaped my work.
Now, I guide women through that same process: stepping out of stress, seeing clearly, and acting decisively.
